The company that controls the Three Stooges brand is threatening to sue Will Ryder and X-Play for their upcoming Not the Three Stooges XXX porn parody. TMZ picked up the story yesterday, complete with the porn parody’s cover art.

Sadly, Will Ryder’s Not The Three Stooges XXX is not ready for simultaneous release with the Farrelly Brothers’ PG-rated The Three Stooges. The porn parody version is still slated for late April release, though we suspect mid-May is more likely. None of the major online porn DVD stores have it available for pre-order yet. Will Ryder announced the full cast list this week. In the lead roles are Anthony Rosano as Moe, James Bartholet as Curly and Evan Stone as Larry.

Male costars include Dick Chibbles as the Cop, Thomas Ward as the Black Butler, Chad Diamond as the Estate Owner, Eric Swiss as the Art Professor, and Chris Charming as the Hair Stylist.

The female cast includes Mandy Armani, Danica Dillon, Bailey Blue, Callie Cyprus, Cassandra Cruz and Britney Young.

Will Ryder announced this week that he’s working on The Three Stooges XXX. Hooray! Some quotes from Ryder:

“This movie will be funny and sexy as hell. Yes I said sexy.

There’s a Hollywood non-porn The Three Stooges movie directed by the Farrelly Brothers coming out in April. Look for Will Ryder’s XXX version to be released sometime around then.
