Night of the Headhunter starring Ron Jeremy

Night of the Hunter would make an interesting porn parody target, but the 1985 porn flick Night of the Headhunter borrowed nothing but the title. It’s closer in spirit to the headhunter episodes of Gilligan’s Island, with a plot that sounds a lot like The Mask.

The promo blurb explains, “A tribal mask with magical powers influences the sex lives of two generations in Alabama. The mask is making the occupants in the house do many strange things whether it’s day or night, male or female, or even multiples.”

The 80s all-star cast included Erica Boyer, Misty Regan, Stacey Donovan, Bianca Gold (aka Bionca or Bionca Seven), Heather Manfield, Ron Jeremy, Peter North and the great Jack Baker.

Released by Western Visuals. The original box cover doesn’t seem to survive anywhere.

The Hindlick Maneuver (1991) might be the only porn parody of an emergency lifesaving technique in history.

Jim Enright’s 1995 porn parody Pump Fiction followed “a writer who can’t separate his twisted fantasies from reality”. Whoa, I know the feeling.

Pump Fiction never made it to DVD, but it’s available in our award-winning AEBN-powered online theater. Starring Micky Lynn, Heather Lee, Olivia, Nikki Arizona, Kirsty Waay and Peter North.

British porn director Viv Thomas took a similar direction in his 2004 title Spunk Fiction starring Mya Diamond, Tera Bond, Angelina Crow, Sophie Moone, Trinity, Alexandra, Kata and Jo. (Apparently one-name pornstars are big in the UK.)

The Load Warriors XXX

Caballero riffed on the post-apocalyptic blockbuster Road Warrior (aka Mad Max 2) with porn parody The Load Warriors.

The premise: “An earth laid waste by the ultimate cloud of destruction. Those humans that have managed to survive have created a world run on primitive primal lust and depravity. Since the great war, widespread genetic damage has rendered most males sterile, so now women are now in search of constant supply of fresh sperm.” The warriors include Sharon Mitchell, Angel Kelly, Lois Ayres, Krista Lane, Peter North and Gail Force.

The concept must have proved popular, because they made a sequel the following year, The Load Warriors 2. “The survivors, a dwindling group of sex-hungry women and sexually impaired men, savagely search and battle for ways to achieve erotic pleasures and the continuation of the human species. Into this ferocious land comes the Bioweapon!”

Stars this time include Porsche Lynn, Nikki Knight, Angel Kelly, Buddy Love, Sharon Mitchell and Peter North.

So if sperm is such a precious commodity in this post-apocalyptic future land, why do the dudes keep ejaculating on the chicks’ backs and boobs and faces? That’s no way to ensure the continuation of the human species!

Thrill Street Blues

Hill Street Blues was the biggest cop show of the 1980s. In 1985, at the height of the show’s success, Western Visual made the inevitable porn parody Thrill Street Blues.

For whatever reason, they changed the cops to hookers. The premise: “Thrill St. Blues is a place where a local Madame has the best of the best in call girls. She has some with big and smalls, blonde and brunette, super sexy or super slim. All of them can rock your world one by one. With her as their Madame, their services are unconditionally undeniable!”

All the same, be careful out there.

The back cover blurb is actually kinda clever: “They’re Implants — Memory Implants”. The cast includes Ashlyn Gere, Madison, Raven, Lauren Brice, Peter North and Rocco Siffredi.

William Black was a prestige porn director in the early 90s, in the vein of Andrew Blake. The back covers of Bonfire and Reball both feature the phrase “the New Wave Camera of William Black”. This means his sex scenes look a bit like perfume ads, and performers often keep their sunglasses on during sex.

Ramb-Ohh!

Paradise Visual overcame post-Vietnam defeatism with the 1988 porn parody Ramb-Ohh! This time we get to win. And by win, we mean fuck.

Peter North plays fake XXX Rambo, wearing a silly headband and fatigues until he takes them off. The enemy here is a terrorist organization using a sex club as cover. Or something like that. Peter North saves the day.

It’s not clear why they used the tagline “The Force Is In You!” Isn’t that from a different movie?

Quantum Leap generated reams of slash fiction and at least one porn parody, 1993′s Quantum Deep.

In the XXX version, Peter North invents a time machine and takes wifey P.J. Sparxx on a journey through time. Their “leaps” include a disco studio circa 1977, an orgy in ancient Greece, and a threesome with a robot in 2020.
