In 1982, when M*A*S*H the TV series was trudging along in its tenth season, Caballero released the porn parody Nurses of the 407.

Character names get the usual naughty puns. Paul Thomas plays quippy surgeon “Jaybird”, and Jessie St. James plays “Hot Hips Henderson”. Other nurses include Kathleen Kristel (billed here as “Kristen”), Lynx Cannon, and Chelsea Manchester (billed here as “Tigr”).

True fact: the opening credits of the XXX version include overhead shots of the real TV show set. Probably stock footage, since porn studios rarely spring for helicopter shots.
