Robin Hood has been a popular porn parody subject over the years. In 1998 there was Throbin Hood: Prince of Beaves, in which “Throbin Hood and his band of merry men in tights rebel against the evil Queen and Sheriff Naughty Ham’s efforts to collect tax on pussy.” Stars included Alyssa Allure, Angelica Sin, Anna Malle, Nakita Kash, Teri Starr, Randy Spears and Ron Jeremy (as “Friar Fuck”).

In 1991, the same year Hollywood released two rival Robin Hood films, there was Robin Head starring Paula Price Sharon Kane and Mike Horner. Tagline: “She gave to the rich and gave to the poor.”

And in 1988, Caballero gave us Throbbin’ Hood starring Rick Savage, Brittany Morgan and Jessica Wylde. The back cover blurb reads, “That legendary bandit of adventure is now back in a modern-day setting, San Francisco, and his ‘fairy’ tales are as straight as his arrow — and dirtier and bawdier than the most filthy fables. In this city so gay by the bay, he has a job fencing off all the hard-up horny women looking for his kind of lance: A throbbin’, quivering piece of all male-magnetism.” Hmm, methinks the man in green tights is feeling a tad insecure.
