Back in 1987, Caballero parodied the hot medical TV drama of the day, St. Elsewhere, with XXX knockoff St. Xwhere starring Danielle and Porsche Lynn (spelled “Porche” on the front cover and “Porsche” on the back).

It must have been successful, because they followed up with a sequel the next year, St. Xwhere 2: The Hospital starring Britt Morgan and Shanna McCullough.
