Jeff Bridges won the Oscar for Best Actor this year for Crazy Heart, which almost makes up for the outrage that he WASN’T EVEN NOMINATED for The Big Lebowski. That true American classic will receive tribute from the porn parody world soon in The Big Lebowski: A XXX Parody from New Sensations. Shooting has finished, and we expect a release date around late April or early May. For now, check out out some stills from the set.

Oscar loser Avatar will get the porn parody treatment from Hustler in This Ain’t Avatar XXX. Director Axel Braun is shooting the film “in 3-D using the most revolutionary, state-of-the-art technology available in film”. We have no idea what this means or whether 3-D even works on TV yet.
Also jumping on the 3-D craze, New Sensations is working on Octopussy 3-D: A XXX Parody . They’ve posted a trailer which works with those old-style cardboard red lens/blue lens 3-D glasses.
Will Ryder is working on Not Charlie’s Angels XXX for X-Play, to be released by Adam & Eve. After an open casting call that drew 130 aspirants, the producers chose established pornstars Bree Olson, Sunny Leone and Andy San Dimas to play the crimefighting trio.
Axel Braun shot Batman XXX: A Porn Parody (based on the 60s TV series) in January, to be released by Vivid this spring. The casting looks great: Nick Manning as Batman, Kris Slater as Robin, Evan Stone as The Riddler, Randy Spears as The Joker, Nicole Ray as Batgirl, and Tori Black as Catwoman. Guitarist Dave Navarro has a (non-sex) cameo. We haven’t heard any news in a while, but this should be huge when it drops.
Alice (soonish), a XXX “re-imagining” of Alice in Wonderland. We figured its release would be timed to coincide with the big Tim Burton/Johnny Depp movie, but so far Alice hasn’t shown up on any release schedules or retailer websites.
New studio Dream Zone announced its launch title: Roseanne XXX, directed by Jim Enright and starring BBW pornstar Kelly Shibari as Roseanne. Shooting will take place this weekend.
In the long run, New Sensations plans porn parodies based on The A-Team, Harry Potter, The Golden Girls, The Breakfast Club, 24, This is Spinal Tap, Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Lost. … Hustler plans Tiger’s Nailin’ Palin plus parodies based on CSI, Glee, The Hills, The Soup, Curb Your Enthusiasm and I Dream of Jeannie. … Adam & Eve plans XXX parodies based on The A-Team and Home Improvement in 2010. … Vouyer just announced a Taxi porn parody project, with Ron Jeremy in the Danny DeVito role. … The PopPorn team of Brian Bangs, Spock Buckton and Mike Quasar announced plans for Not The Hangover a while back. … Last fall Axel Braun mentioned his desire to make The Godfather XXX and Grease XXX in 2010.
